The name Stillwater is derived from the 23rd Psalm in the Old Testament where David declares "The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside still waters He restores my soul; He guides me in the paths of righteousness For His name sake."

Many of us lead such hectic lives with so little time often devoted to God; and wonder all the while why we have such little peace. But Christ declared before He was crucified "Peace I leave you; my peace I give unto you; not as the world gives to you. John 14:27

If you haven't found the peace your looking for Jesus saith unto him," I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." John 14:6
